My journey to White Glove High Tea didn’t start in a dining room, but on the move. A career in global product manufacturing took me from 5-star London hotels to the factory floors in Asia, teaching me a universal truth: whether it is your first meeting or your twentieth, tea and a great glass of wine are the two things that connect us all.

A Heritage of Ritual
Growing up in South Africa, afternoon tea was a daily ritual—a nod to British tradition that offered comfort, warmth, and a sense of home.
Today, that passion has evolved into a global search for artisan, earth-friendly tea blends that tell a story. But my heritage doesn’t stop at the teapot. Being half-French, Champagne and fine wine quite literally run through my veins. I’ve learned that life is far too short to wait for a "special occasion." In my home, there is always a bottle of bubbles in the fridge, because being alive is reason enough to celebrate.
